TervKapu (www.tervkapu.hu) is a digital plan management platform enabling upload, version control, approval, and team sharing of construction plans, documents, and photos.
Registration and email verification are required to use the platform. Users are responsible for protecting their account and keeping their password confidential.
TervKapu is currently available free of charge. The provider reserves the right to modify the terms of service in the future, with prior notice to existing users.
Uploaded data and files remain the property of the user. TervKapu makes no claim to uploaded content and will not share it with third parties, except when legally required.
TervKapu provides the service "as is" and accepts no liability for data loss, temporary unavailability, or damages caused by third parties. We recommend regular backups of important data.
Using the platform for illegal purposes, distributing copyrighted material without authorization, spreading malware, or violating others' rights is strictly prohibited. Such accounts will be deleted without warning.
Users may request account deletion at any time via info@tervkapu.hu. Deletion is irreversible – all data will be permanently removed.
TervKapu reserves the right to amend these Terms. Registered users will be notified by email of significant changes at least 30 days before they take effect.
These Terms are governed by Hungarian law.
